Items may be removed for open discussion by a request from a Councilmember or member of staff.] 5.1 Approve Minutes of the November 14, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting. 5.2 Award a bid and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Ratliff Hardscape LTD for citywide on-call screening wall and neighborhood entryway repair and replacement for $900,000 with options for five (5) one-year renewals. 5.3 Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract addition with Unite Private Network/Fiber Platform to lease dark fiber services for Stacy Road Pump Station for ten years, averaging an annual amount of $12,000 for a total average annual cost of $125,400 for all ten leased lines across the city. 5.4 Adopt a resolution supporting the bid for the 2025 Texas Recreation and Park Society (TRAPS) Institute and Expo. 6. Regular Agenda. 6.1 Conduct a Public Hearing and adopt an Ordinance to establish a Planned Development with a  base zoning of Corridor Commercial regulating the development and use of Lot 1R, Lot 2R1, and Lot 3R, Block 1, Cyrus One Allen. [Cyrus One] 7. Other Business. [Council announcements regarding local civic and charitable events, meetings, fundraisers, and awards.] 7.1 Calendar. As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, the Workshop Meeting and/or the Regular Agenda may be Convened into Closed Executive Session for the Purpose of Seeking Confidential Legal Advice from the City Attorney on any Agenda Item Listed Herein.
