Regular Agenda. 7.1 Motion to Accept the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. 7.2 Conduct a Public Hearing and adopt an Ordinance to amend and restate the development and use regulations of Specific Use Permit No. 68 for a Fueling Station located on Lot 4, Block A, Custer/McDermott Addition, commonly known as 105 Custer Road.
