Items may be removed for open discussion by a request from a Commission member or member of staff.) 3.1 Receive the Director's Report on action taken on the Planning and Zoning Commission items by City Council at the November 26, 2024, Regular Meeting. 3.2 Approve Minutes from the November 19, 2024, Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting. 3.3 Consider a request for a Replat of 12.2729± acres, consisting of Lots 1-12, Block 1, JAS Garland Addition; Lots 1A-1E, 2A-2G, 3A-3D, and 3F, Block 4; Lots 1A-1C, 2A, and 2B, Block 5; Lots 1A, 1C-1H, 2, and 3, Block 6; Lots 1B-1F, and 2A-2C, Block 11; Lots 1A, 1B, 2, and 3, Block 12; and Lots 1A, 1B, 2A, and 2B, Block 13, J.M. Whisenant Addition, generally located on the northeast corner of Central Expressway and Main Street.
