Items may be removed for open discussion by a request from a Commission member or member of staff.) 3.1 Receive the Director's Report on action taken on the Planning and Zoning Commission items by City Council at the March 11, 2025, Regular Meeting. 3.2 Approve Minutes from the March 4, 2025, Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting. 3.3 Approve Minutes from the March 11, 2025, City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission Joint Workshop Meeting. 3.4 Consider a request for a Replat of 19.051± acres of Lot 1, Block 1; and Lot 1R, Allen City Complex Addition, generally located on the southeast corner of Century Parkway and McDermott Drive. [Allen Police Department Headquarters] 3.5 Consider a request for a Replat of 0.156± acres of Lots 15 and 16, Block A, Twin Creeks Watters. [Twin Creeks Watters] 4. Regular Agenda. 4.1 Conduct a Public Hearing and consider a request to amend Planned Development No. 58 with a base zoning of Shopping Center, regulating the development and use of Lot 6A-1, Block A, CLA Allen Addition. [Texas Star Pharmacy - Additional Land Uses] 4.2 Conduct a Public Hearing and consider a request to amend a portion of Planned Development No. 73 with a base zoning of Shopping Center, regulating the development and use of Lot 2, Block A, The Village at Allen.
