Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Consider All Matters Incident and Related to the General Election Held on May 4, 2024. 3.1 Conduct the Canvass of the Election and adopt a Resolution declaring the results of the Joint General Election for City Councilmembers for Place Nos. 1, 3 and 5, held on May 4, 2024. 3.2 Adopt a Resolution ordering the June 15, 2024, General Runoff Election for the purpose of electing the City Councilmembers for Place Nos. 3 and 5. 4. Adjournment. This notice was posted at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas, at a place convenient and readily accessible to the public at all times.
