Consider All Matters Incident and Related to the General Runoff Election Held on June 15, 2024. 3.1 Conduct the Canvass of Election Returns and adopt a Resolution declaring the results of the General Runoff Election for City Councilmembers for Place Nos. 3 and 5. 4.
