Public Address Citizens who desire to address the Beautification and Public Art Advisory Board with regard to matters on the agenda or having to do with the City’s policies, programs, or services will be received at this time. This item is for the Board to take action on the mural invoices that have been submitted for reimbursement. 7. Present, Discuss, and Consider Action on Transferring Funds from Mural Grant Program to the Temporary Art Project. This item is for the Board to discuss potential future beautification initiatives, gather input, and identify priorities for planning. 8. Discuss Items for Future Agendas Please note: The Beautification and Public Arts Advisory Board may take up items out of the order shown on any Agenda. The Beautification and Public Arts Advisory Board reserves the right to discuss all or part of any item in an executive session at any time during a meeting or work session, as necessary and allowed by state law.
