Welcome and Introductions 2. Public Address Citizens who desire to address the Amarillo Firemen’s Relief and Retirement Fund or this Board with regard to Items on the Agenda will be received at this time or at the time of Agenda Item. 3. Approval of Minutes The Board will consider approval of the minutes from the meeting held on June 24, 2026. 4. Regular Meeting Items 4.A. Consider Investment Resolution The Board will consider approval of the Fund’s investment transactions from the previous month as presented by City staff. 4.B. Presentation of Revenue and Expenditures Summary City staff will present a summary of the Fund’s Revenue and Expenditures from the previous month. 4.C. Discuss and Consider Actuarial Valuation The Board will discuss and consider the Actuarial Valuation with the Fund’s Actuary. 4.D. Consider Statement from Frost Bank The Board will consider payment to the Fund’s custodial agent. 4.E. Consider Statement from Amarillo National Bank The Board will consider payment of the quarterly statement from the Fund’s paying agent.  4.F. Consider Statement from Jackson Walker The Board will consider payment to the Fund’s lawyers for the services rendered in May 2026 in connection with Plan Administrative Matters. 4.G. Consider the Statement from Abel Noser Corporation The Board will consider payment to the Fund’s Investment Counselor. 4.H. Consider Retirement Benefits for Michael Linch The Board will consider retirement benefits for Michael Linch 4.I. Consider Form 135, Application for Refund of Contribution for Lee Beakley The Board will consider the application for a refund of contribution for Lee Beakley. 4.J. Consider Form 135, Application for Refund of Contribution for Benjamin Sertuche. The Board will consider the application for a refund of contribution for Benjamin Sertuche. 4.K. Consider Continuation of Disability Benefit for Participant D The Board will consider the continuation of Participant D disability benefit. 5. Discuss Items for Future Agendas The Board will discuss future Agenda Items. Please note: The Amarillo Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund Board of Trustees may take up items out of the order shown on any Agenda. The Board reserves the right to discuss all or part of any item in an executive session at any time during a meeting or work session, as necessary and allowed by state law. Votes or final decisions are made only in open Regular or Special meetings, not in either a work session or executive session. Amarillo City Hall is accessible to individuals with disabilities through its main entry on the west side (623 South Johnson Street) of the building at the main entrance. Access ramps leading to the main entry are located to the north and south of the main entry. Parking spaces for individuals with disabilities are available in the west parking lot. City Hall is equipped with restroom facilities, communications equipment, and elevators that are accessible.
