These grants are part of the FY26 Local Government Modernization Program (L-GEM). $300,000 is to be used towards the City of Annapolis LED conversion of 628 outdoor lighting infrastructure fixtures. $108,500 is to be used towards the City of Annapolis Outdoor Lighting Energy Efficiency Audit across the city’s outdoor lighting portfolio and BEPS Action Plan for Pip Moyer Reaction Center. There is no match required for this grant. Attachments: SA-1-27 SA-2-27 Grant - APD - This supplemental appropriation adds an additional $500 to the Anne Arundel County Alcohol Compliance Grant, the difference between the amount budgeted of $5,500. The additional amount was not included in the FY2027 budget and there is not match required.
