Quasi-Judicial Public Hearing on a Variance Application submitted by Abdo Sharhan of Sharhan Properties LLC for a variance from the Perimeter Buffer standards (Ch. 30-Article 6-Division 5-Sec. 30-6501(k) Perimeter buffers) to redevelop the property as a gas station, on a 1.87 acre lot at 13785 Buffalo Road, Archer Lodge, NC. This property is owned by Sharhan Properties LLC and is referenced as Johnston County parcel tag id number 16J03037D. Conduct of Quasi-Judicial Evidentiary Hearing: 1. Town Attorney - Swear in Witnesses (including staff, who intend to present evidence) 2. Chair of the Board - Call Case as Stated on the Agenda 3. If applicant is to be represented by anyone other than a licensed attorney, the applicant shall request the consent of the Board of Adjustment. 4.
