OF THE CITY OF ARDMORE, OKLAHOMA

CITY COMMISSION CHAMBERS, THIRD FLOOR, CITY HALL
LOCATED AT 23 SOUTH WASHINGTON, ARDMORE OK 73401
NOTICE: “Official action can only be taken on items which appear on the agenda. The Commission may adopt,
approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any item. When more information is needed
to act on an item, the commission may refer the matter to City Staff or the Municipal Counselor. The Commission
may also refer items to standing committees of the Commission or to a board or commission for additional study.
Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely.”

A. CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION ON A REQUEST FOR A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS FOR THE
REPLACEMENT OF THE THREE EXISTING WOOD ENTRANCES WITH A METAL AND GLASS
STOREFRONT ON THE FRONT FAÇADE OF THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 120 CADDO STREET NE;
AND APPROVAL OR DENIAL OF ANY AMENDMENTS PROPOSED AND CONSIDERED BY THE
HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD AT THE MEETING.
B. CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION ON A REQUEST FOR A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS FOR THE
FOLLOWING IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 124 & 126 WEST MAIN STREET:
REPLACEMENT OF THE DAMAGED DOOR LEADING TO THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT; REPAINTING
OF THE NONBRICK PORTIONS OF THE FRONT FAÇADE; INSTALLATION OF A 10 FOOT BY 3 FOOT
WALL SIGN ON THE FRONT FAÇADE; AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR LIGHTING TO ILLUMINATE
THE PROPOSED SIGN; AND APPROVAL OR DENIAL OF ANY AMENDMENTS PROPOSED AND
CONSIDERED BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD AT THE MEETING. CASE #HP26-03
