The October 7, 2025, Site Plan Review Committee meeting was called order by President Mary Kardoskee at
3:00 pm.

a. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Site Plan Review Request for a Third Wall Sign for Mister Car Wash at
2314 S. Oneida Street, Parcel VA-99-4-2.
Reinhold Signs as applicant, has requested site plan review of a requested third wall sign for the
proposed Mister Car Wash at 2314 S. Oneida Street, Parcel VA-99-4-2. The proposed third wall sign is
to be located on the south elevation. The proposed 73 square foot wall sign is well within the 20%
subject elevation wall face threshold for wall signs on a building under 20,000 square feet.
Motion (Paul, Persick) to Approve the Site Plan Review request for a third wall sign for Mister Car Wash
located at 2314 S. Oneida Street, Parcel VA-99-4-2 as presented. Motion carried unanimously.

b. Consider/Discuss/Act on a Site Plan Review Request for Exterior Improvements to the Comfort Inn
& Suites at 2850 S. Oneida Street, Parcel VA-178-26.
Comfort Inn & Suites has submitted a site plan review request for an updated vestibule/canopy and
refuse enclosure at 2840 S. Oneida Street, Parcel VA-178-26. The existing canopy will be reconstructed
consistent with the Comfort Inn & Suites brand with a flat roof and stacked stone wainscot (Material
ST-1 in the materials legend). The exterior will additionally be repainted consistent with the brand.
The refuse enclosure located in the far southwestern corner of the property will be removed and
reconstructed with split face concrete masonry unit (CMU) and opaque gates as depicted on Sheet A-
201. There are no recommended conditions of approval for the subject site plan.
Motion (Persick, Rathburn) to Approve the Site Plan Review request for exterior improvements to the
Comfort Inn & Suites at 2850 S. Oneida Street, Parcel VA-178-26. Motion carried unanimously.
