ROLL CALL Present on the Zoom call included Chair John Boatman, Chair Pro-Tem David Boyd, Member David Menke, Chief of Police Mark Caillier, and Assistant Police Chief Sam Betz. Present in City Hall, Conference Room 3 were Examiner Pro Tem Melissa Medisch and HR Coordinator Chardae Gillespie AGENDA MODIFICATIONS There were no modifications to the agenda. PUBLIC COMMENT No correspondence or comment was received from the public for this meeting. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. Approval of May 12, 2026, Civil Service Commission Meeting Minutes Motion by Member Menke to approve the minutes as published. Second by Chair Pro- Tem David Boyd. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY 3-0. DISCUSSION ITEMS N/A ACTION ITEMS A. Approval of the Entry Level Police Officer Eligibility List Motion by Chair Pro Tem Boyd to approve the Entry Level Police Officer Eligibility list Page 4 of 10 dated June 4, 2026, with 9 candidates. Second by Member Menke MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY 3-0 B. Approval of the Animal Control Officer Eligibility List Motion by Chair Pro Tem Boyd to approve the Entry Level Police Officer Eligibility list dated June 4, 2026, with 3 candidates.
