CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 3:37 p.m. by Chair John Boatman
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
No member of the public was present on the call or in person.
ROLL CALL
Present on the Zoom call included Chair John Boatman, Chair Pro-Tem David Boyd,
Member David Menke, Chief of Police Mark Caillier, and Assistant Police Chief Sam
Betz. Present in City Hall, Conference Room 3 were Examiner Pro Tem Melissa
Medisch and HR Coordinator Chardae Gillespie

There were no modifications to the agenda.
