Chairperson Saville called the meeting to order at 4:02 PM.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that

A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that
this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole
(Final/Appealable). The motion carried.

this agenda item be adjourned. Chairman Saville adjourned the meetingat
