The Special BZE Committee Meeting will be held in Conference Room 5B at City Hall 44 E Downer Place, Aurora, IL CALL TO ORDER: Chairmperson Saville called the meeting to order at 4:05 PM. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 19-0667 A Resolution Accepting the Dedication of Right of Way for Eola Road, located south of Wolf’s Crossing Road between Heggs Road and US Route 30 A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:40 PM.
