A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 Abstain: 1 PUBLIC COMMENT City of Aurora Page 1 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes - Final August 28, 2019 Development Committee AGENDA 19-0747 An Ordinance amending Section 5-56 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Aurora to repeal a requirement that operators at Aurora Municipal Airport sell aviation fuel at least twenty-five (25) percent above the purchase price such operator paid to purchase said aviation fuel . A motion was made by Alderman O'Connor, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-0735 Certificate of Appropriateness to install a mural on the wall facing the pedestrian alleyway at 11 N. Broadway (COA Public Art - 19-0735 / AU22/3-19.125-FCOA - JM - Ward 2) This Information/Discussion Only was discussed and filed. 19-0737 Certificate of Appropriateness to install a ghost mural on the east elevation at 6 E. Downer Place (Mike Saltijeral - 19-0736 / AU22/3-19.126-FCOA - JM - Ward 6) This Information/Discussion Only was discussed and filed. 19-0738 Certificate of Appropriateness to install a mural on the elevation facing the river at 36 W. Downer Place (Ernesto Valencia - 19-0738 / AU22/3-19.127-FCOA- JM - Ward 6) This Information/Discussion Only was discussed and filed. 19-0740 Certificate of Appropriateness to move the “Blues Mural” from 6 E. Downer Place to the north elevation of 33 S. Broadway (COA Public Art Commission - 19-0740 / AU22/3-19.129-FCOA - JM - Ward 2) This Information/Discussion Only was discussed and filed. ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:27 PM.
