APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-0935 Approval of the 10/9/2019 BZE committee meeting minutes. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman O'Connor, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 19-0743 A Resolution Approving Revisions to the City of Aurora Sustainability Plan to Enhance the Quality of Life for Present and Future Generations of Aurorans by Planning for Natural, Social and Economic Resilience . A motion was made by Alderman O'Connor, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 19-0883 A Resolution Authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement Extension between the City of Aurora and the Village of North Aurora . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman O'Connor, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 BUILDING, ZONING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTIONS 19-0819 A Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee Resolution Approving the Final Plat consolidating lot A of Island Avenue Addition and part of lots 8, 9 and 12 of the Assessor's Map of Stolp's Island for the Silver Plate Subdivision located at the northeast corner of Stolp Avenue and East Downer Place A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman O'Connor, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 3 19-0857 A Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee Resolution Approving a Revision to the Final Plan on Lot 1 of Aurora University 2nd Resubdivision to remove of the gate across Southlawn Place to allow vehicle access entering or leaving the Campus by means of Southlawn Place located at 1405 Prairie Street A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman O'Connor, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried.
