A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. State Route 59 from B-B(S) Business-Boulevard District with a Special Use to B-2 General Retail District A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Nayes: 1 19-1074 An Ordinance Granting a Special Use Permit for a Cannabis Dispensing Facility (2115) Use on the Property located at 740 N. State Route 59 A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Nayes: 1 BUILDING, ZONING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTIONS 19-0825 A Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee Resolution Approving a Final Plan on Lot 3 of Citizens First National Bank Business Park Subdivision located at 1521 Ogden Avenue for a Retail/Office Use A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:53 PM.
