A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Abstain: 1 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no registered speakers for this meeting. AGENDA 20-0425 An Ordinance Granting a Variance pursuant to Section 10.5-6 of the Aurora Zoning Ordinance for the property located at 613 Smith Boulevard to reduce the lot width from 75 feet to 57.33 feet, to reduce the minimum exterior side setback requirement from 15 feet to 3 feet, and to increase the maximum lot coverage from 40% to 44% A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0516 An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. O14-061 Approving an Expansion of the River Edge Redevelopment Zone Known as the "Aurora River Zone" in the City Of Aurora, Illinois, Following Notice and Public Hearing in Connection Therewith. A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:12 PM.
