A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, that
this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

compliance of the Special Use for a Cannabis Dispensing Facility (2115)
at 35 N. Broadway that was granted on April 28, 2020
A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

West Ridge Corporate Center Resubdivision Phase III located at 801
Bilter Road
A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

20-0589 A Resolution Requesting approval of a Final Plan Revision for Lots 1B
and 3 of West Ridge Corporate Center Resubdivision Phase III located at
801 Bilter Road for a Warehouse, Distribution and storage services
(3300) Use
A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
