APPROVAL OF MINUTES 20-0702 Approval of the 10/28/2020 BZE committee meeting minutes . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 20-0605 An Ordinance Establishing a Special Use Planned Development at 311 S. Evanslawn Avenue to be incorporated under the existing 2018 Aurora University Plan Description A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0651 An Ordinance Granting a Special Use Permit for a Social Service Agencies, Charitable Organizations, Health Related Facilities, and similar uses when not operated for pecuniary profit (6630) Use on the Property located at 545, 551 and 557 S. 4th Street A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0275 An Ordinance Establishing a Special Use Planned Development, Approving the Fox Valley SP, LLC Plan Description and Amending Ordinance Number 3100, being the Aurora Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map attached thereto, to an underlying zoning of R-5A Midrise Multiple Family Dwelling District for the property located on the east side of the Fox Valley Mall, west of Route 59, and south of New York Street A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0276 A Resolution Approving a Preliminary Plan on Lot 2 of the First Resubdivision of Fox Valley East Region I Unit No. 1 located on the east side of the Fox Valley Mall, west of Route 59, and south of New York Street City of Aurora Page 2 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes November 13, 2020 Development Committee A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 BUILDING, ZONING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTIONS 20-0286 A Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee Resolution Approving the Final Plat for Unit No. 1 of the First Resubdivision of Fox Valley East Region I Subdivision, located at on the east side of Fox Valley Mall, west Route 59, south of New York Street A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 5:13 PM. The motion carried.
