A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Jenkins that this be denied and the final vote was Ayes 2 and Nays 3. A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no registered speakers for this meeting. AGENDA 20-0865 An Ordinance Approving a Revision to the River Street Plaza Plan Description for Property located at 140 S. River Street, Units #100-114 and 160 S. River Street, Units #100-114 A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval as amended. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0030 An Ordinance Approving Revisions to the City of Aurora’s Comprehensive Plan for the Wolf's Crossing Subarea which includes properties located west of the Canadian National railroad tracks, east of U.S. Route 30, north of 111th Street and south of Wolf's Crossing Road (Ward 9) A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0038 A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a License Agreement with the Sugar Grove Park District Granting Access across property owned by the City of Aurora located at the Aurora Municipal Airport. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that City of Aurora Page 2 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes January 27, 2021 Development Committee this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 BUILDING, ZONING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTIONS 20-0847 A Resolution Approving a Final Plan on Lot 2 of the First Resubdivision of Fox Valley East Region I Unit No. 1 located on the east side of the Fox Valley Mall, west of Route 59, and south of New York Street for a Multi-Family Dwelling (1140) Use A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0868 A Resolution Approving a Revision to the Final Plat for Lot 2 of Citizens First National Bank Business Park located at 1553 Ogden Avenue, and establishing Lot 1 and 2 of the Resubdivision of Lot 2 of Citizens First National Bank Business Park A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 INFORMATION ONLY 21-0025 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 37, entitled "Preservation”, of the Aurora Code of Ordinances to modify certain portions being Article II, Sec. 37-21 - Creation; members This Ordinance was discussed CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 5:31 PM.
