A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no registered speakers present for this meeting. AGENDA 21-0024 An Ordinance Approving a Text Amendment to the Historic Districts and Landmarks Guidelines to modify certain portions being B.2.6 Existing Garages, Carriage Houses and Outbuildings; B. 2.7 Gutters and Downspouts; B.2.14 Satellite Dishes, Antennas, and Solar Panels; B.2.18 Windows; B.2.19 Wood Siding; B.3.3 New Garages and Outbuildings; B.4.1 Fences and Walls; and B.4.5 Parking A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0110 An Ordinance Approving a Revision to the Estate of Adeline Diehl and Chicago Land Trust Plan Description on 3.4 Acres for Property located at 1340 Molitor Road being at the northwest corner of Farnsworth Avenue and Molitor Road A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be held. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0064 A Resolution Approving a Preliminary Plan and Plat for vacant land located at 1340 Molitor Road being at the northwest corner of Farnsworth Avenue and Molitor Road A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be held. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 BUILDING, ZONING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTIONS City of Aurora Page 2 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes February 24, 2021 Development Committee 21-0109 A Resolution Approving A Revision to the Final Plan for the Swami Temple Located at 1145 West Sullivan Road for Two Building Additions and a Patio. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:30 PM.
