A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT Dan Klenke - 21-0064 & 21-0110 Jackie Descoto - 21-0064 & 21-0110 Fred Descoto - 21-0064 & 21-0110 Lisa Mack - 21-0064 & 21-0110 Tom Adams - 21-0064 & 21-0110 Marysol Montes - 21-0064 & 21-0110 AGENDA 21-0160 An Ordinance Vacating a storm easement, sanitary easement, and a watermain easement on the Property located on the east side of Fox Valley Mall, west Route 59, south of New York Street in DuPage County, Aurora, Illinois A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 HELD 21-0064 A Resolution Approving a Preliminary Plan and Plat for vacant land located at 1340 Molitor Road being at the northwest corner of Farnsworth Avenue and Molitor Road Committee took a vote to amend the preliminary plan to add three conditions: Adding required fencing around the location of the station. 90 day tear down of old station once business has been relocated to the new location. Ensure that lighting at the new station is not visible to surrounding nearby residences. Moved by Alderman O'Connor, seconded by Alderman Franco - approved as amended 5-0 A motion was made by Alderman O'Connor, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval as amended. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 City of Aurora Page 2 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes March 10, 2021 Development Committee 21-0110 An Ordinance Approving a Revision to the Estate of Adeline Diehl and Chicago Land Trust Plan Description on 3.4 Acres for Property located at 1340 Molitor Road being at the northwest corner of Farnsworth Avenue and Molitor Road A motion was made by Alderman Garza, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 5:28 PM.
