APPROVAL OF MINUTES City of Aurora Page 1 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes March 24, 2021 Development Committee 21-0182 Approval of the 3/10/2021 BZE committee meeting minutes. A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no registered speakers for this meeting. AGENDA 21-0201 A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Historic Preservation Grant Agreement with John Karm for 14 S. May Street A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0202 A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Historic Preservation Grant Agreement with Ilda Valdez for 112 S. 4th Street A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0203 A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Historic Preservation Grant Agreement with Jason Redelman for 351 Lawndale Avenue A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0204 A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Historic Preservation Grant Agreement with Chad McDaniel for 448 Wilder Street A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0205 A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Historic Preservation Grant Agreement with Jeff and Karen Houghtaling for 450 Oak Avenue A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0207 A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Historic Preservation Grant Agreement with Cody D. and Kimberly K. Hartman for 557 Garfield Avenue This Resolution was tabled 21-0208 A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Historic Preservation Grant Agreement with Donna L. Rubar for 702 Palace Street A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0209 A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Historic Preservation Grant Agreement with Douglas A. and Jacqueline C. Clasen for 736 Grand Avenue A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 BUILDING, ZONING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTIONS 20-0883 A Resolution Approving the Final Plat for Melody Town Center Subdivision located east of the intersection of Ogden Avenue and 75th Street A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0884 A Resolution Approving a Final Plan on Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Melody Town Center Subdivision located east of the intersection of Ogden Avenue and 75th Street A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Jenkins, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried. Chairman Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:45 PM.
