APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0227 Approval of the 3/24/2021 BZE committee meeting minutes. A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no registered speakers for this meeting. AGENDA 21-0237 An Ordinance Annexing Property located at 39 W 579 Prairie Street to the City of Aurora, Illinois, 60506 A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0255 An Ordinance amending O20-078 granting additional time for compliance of the Special Use (Conditional Use) for a Cannabis Dispensing Facility (2115) at 1415 Corporate Boulevard that was granted on October 27, 2020 Item drafter advised committee that the correct address for this Ordinance is 35 N. Broadway. A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Nayes: 1 21-0246 A Resolution Approving a Revision to the Final Plan for the construction of an office within the Parking Deck located north of Prairie Street, east of S. Evanslawn Avenue, and south of Southlawn Place A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0069 An Ordinance Providing for the Execution of an Amendment to the City of Aurora Page 2 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes April 14, 2021 Development Committee Annexation Agreement with the owners of record of territory, commonly known as the Lincoln Prairie Planned Development District, located east of US Route 30, south of Wolf’s Crossing, north of 111th Street and West of Canadian National Rail Line in the City of Aurora, Will County, Illinois A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0070 An Ordinance Approving an Amendment to the Plan Description for the Lincoln Prairie Planned Development District located east of US Route 30, south of Wolf’s Crossing, north of 111th Street and west of Canadian National Rail Line A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0071 A Resolution Approving a Preliminary Plat for Lincoln Crossing Subdivision on vacant land generally located at the southeast corner of Wolf’s Crossing and Eola Road A motion was made by Vice Chair Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
