Chairperson Saville called the meeting to order at 4:01pm.

21-0541 Approval of the minutes from the BZE Committee meeting held on July
14, 2021.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman-At-Large
Jenkins, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman-At-Large
Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion
carried.

21-0414 A Resolution Approving the Final Plat for Lincoln Crossing Subdivision
on vacant land, generally located at the southeast corner of Wolf’s
Crossing and Eola Road
A motion was made by Alderman-At-Large Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair
Smith, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole
(Final/Appealable). The motion carried.

generally located at the southeast corner of Wolf’s Crossing and Eola

(Final/Appealable). The motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderman-At-Large Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair
Smith, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville
adjourned the meeting at 4:42pm.
