ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderman Carl Franco, Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Alderman Ron Woerman APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0074 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee meeting held on January 26, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 22-0054 An Ordinance Vacating Easements on the property located at 2200 Sullivan Road, in Kane County, Aurora, Illinois A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
