ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderman Carl Franco, Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Alderman Ron Woerman APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0496 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee meeting held on June 15, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that these meeting minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 22-0424 An Ordinance Approving a Revision to the West Aurora Plan Description for Lot 6 of the West Aurora Plaza Resubdivision A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
