Chairperson Saville called the meeting to order at 3:04pm.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
22-0942 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic
Development Committee meeting held on November 9, 2022 .
A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Franco, that
this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

of Aurora, by modifying the zoning map attached thereto to rezone
Property located at 930 W New York St from R-4 Two Family Dwelling
District to R-2 One Family Dwelling District
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Woerman,
that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

of Aurora, by modifying the zoning map attached thereto to rezone the
property located at 574 E Galena Boulevard from R-4 Two Family
Dwelling District to R-2 One Family Dwelling District
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

of Aurora, by modifying the zoning map attached thereto to rezone the
vacant property located at 801 Claim St from M-2 Manufacturing
District - General to R-3 One Family Dwelling District
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

of Aurora, by modifying the zoning map attached thereto to rezone the
property located at 127 N Sumner Avenue from B-3 Business and
Wholesale District to R-3 One Family Dwelling District
A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

of Aurora, by modifying the zoning map attached thereto to rezone the
vacant property located at the northwest corner of Prairie St and BNSF
Railroad from R-1 One Family Dwelling District to P Park and

A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that
this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned
