ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderman Carl Franco, Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Alderman Ron Woerman APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-1052 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee meeting held on December 14, 2022 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0966 A Resolution Approving a Preliminary Plat and Plan for Habitat Green Freedom Subdivision, located at 1921 Jericho Road A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:19pm.
