ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith and Alderman Carl Franco Absent: 2 - Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Alderman Ron Woerman APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0144 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee meeting held on February 15, 2023 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Orchard Road A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 23-0218 A Resolution Authorizing Approval of the 2023 Historic Preservation Grants and Allowing the Mayor to enter into Historic Preservation Grant Agreements and Addendums A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 BUILDING, ZONING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTIONS 22-0639 A Resolution Approving a Revision to the Final Plat for PAS Plaza Resubdivision, located at the Southwest Corner of Butterfield Road and North Farnsworth Avenue, and Establishing PAS Plaza Subdivision A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be forwarded to the Committee of the Whole (Final/Appealable). The motion carried.
