ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderwoman Juany Garza and Alderman-At-Large Will White Absent: 1 - Alderman Javier Bañuelos APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0536 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee meeting held on June 25, 2025 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Building, Zoning, and Economic Meeting Minutes - Final July 9, 2025 Development Committee 25-0513 A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a not-to-exceed agreement for Design Phase Engineering and Planning Special Services with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly, Inc. in the amount of $99,900 for the "Replace Airfield Signage, Wind Cones, Runway 15 and 27 REILs & Airport Rotating Beacon; Construct Guard Lights at Runway 15/33" Project (ARR-5201) at the Aurora Municipal Airport. A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:21 pm.
