ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderman Javier Bañuelos, Alderwoman Juany Garza and Alderman-At-Large Will White Absent: 1 - Chairperson Mike Saville APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0650 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning and Economic Development Committee meeting held on August 13, 2025 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Bañuelos, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Galena Boulevard for a Parking Facilities, Residential (4160) Use Jill Morgan, Zoning & Planning - City of Aurora Fernando Barrera, Owner/Petitioner - Parkway Apartments A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman-At-Large White, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 25-0680 An Ordinance Vacating a Water Line Easement and a Stormwater Control Easement on the Property located at 1444 N. Orchard Road, in Kane County, Aurora, Illinois Tracey Vacek, Zoning & Planning - City of Aurora A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Bañuelos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval.
