CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Saville called the meeting to order at 4:03 pm.
ROLL CALL
Vice Chair Smith left the meeting at 4:17 pm.
Alderman Bugg joined the meeting from 4:05 pm - 4:57 pm.
Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Patty Smith, Alderman Javier
Bañuelos, Alderwoman Juany Garza and Alderman-At-Large Will White
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
26-0070 Approval of the minutes from the Building, Zoning, and Economic
Development Committee meeting held on January 28, 2026 .
A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that
this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

Jerry McDonald, Suzi Smith, Paula Helberg, Barbie Sawyer, Rick Nadler, and Mark
Shanley all spoke against items 25-1047, 25-1048, 25-1049 and 25-1053.
