ROLL CALL Mayor Irvin called the meeting to order at 6:22 p.m. and the roll was called. Present: 12 - Alderman Emmanuel Llamas, Alderman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco, Alderman Mike Saville, Alderman Scheketa Hart-Burns, Alderman Patty Smith, Alderman Edward Bugg, Alderman Sherman Jenkins, Alderman Bob O'Connor and Mayor Richard Irvin Absent: 1 - Alderman Judd Lofchie PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE INVOCATION APPOINTMENT OF SERGEANT-AT-ARMS A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco to appoint Ofc. Wagner as Sergeant-at-Arms for this meeting. PUBLIC COMMENT CONSENT AGENDA A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Lincoln Ave., Aurora, Illinois . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried. Lincoln Av 60505. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Garza, that this agenda item be adopted. The motion carried.
