Mayor Irvin found that an in-person meeting of the Council was neither practical nor prudent and that it was not feasible for members of the public to attend this meeting in person at City Hall. The meeting was conducted by Internet teleconference without the physical presence of a quorum. Mayor Irvin was present at City Hall, the regular meeting location. PRESENTATIONS 20-0824 Mayor’s Office Community Presentations & Updates Clayton Muhammad - City of Aurora, presented an update on the Civilian Review Board. Mr. Muhammad announced the City of Aurora Women in Leadership program that will take place on December 9, 2020 as well as the Factor Job Fair on December 10, 2020 and December 11, 2020. This Presentation was discussed and filed. PUBLIC COMMENT There were no members of the public wishing to present public comment at this meeting. MAYORAL APPOINTMENTS 20-0768 A Resolution Appointing Wanda Malone to the Advisory Commission on Disabilities. (Public Hearing for Legistar File 20-0776) Mayor Irvin called the Public Hearing to order regarding the adoption of the City of Aurora 2021 Budget. Mayor Irvin called for Public Comment and asked the Aldermen if they had any questions or comments. No members of the public were present for public comment.
