Please call the City Clerk's Office at (630) 256-3070 with questions. ROLL CALL Mayor Irvin called the meeting to order at 7:16 p.m. and the roll was called. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith and seconded by Alderman Donnell to allow Alderman Llamas to participate in this meeting remotely based on a reasonable expectation of an extended illness. The motion carried by voice vote and Alderman Llamas participated remotely in this meeting. The motion carried by voice vote and Officer Sullivan served as Sergeant-At-Arms for this meeting. Eola Road on Vacant Land in Dupage County, Aurora Illinois 60502 (related to Legistar item 23-0920) Mayor Irvin called the public hearing to order. There were no members of the public asking to be heard for the purpose of public comment. There were no questions or comments from the City Council.
