ROLL CALL Members present: Kim Bright, Timothy Brown, Rajesh Char, Jacqueline Gibson, Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian, Lily Rocha, Curtis Wilson (8). Members absent: Vincent Gaddis (1). OTHERS PRESENT Others present: Deborah Lang, Assistant Corporation Counsel; Alex Voigt, Deputy Chief of Staff; Clayton Muhammad, Chief Communications & Equity Officer; Michelle Williams, Director of Equity & Inclusion; Jen Stallings, City Clerk; Chanel Kassis, Incoming Board Secretary APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approval of the Minutes of the Thursday, August 19, 2021, Civilian Review Board Meeting. Member McMillian requested a correction on the spelling of her name; then made a motion to approve the revised minutes, seconded by Member Gibson. The motion carried by a voice vote. PUBLIC COMMENT None. REPORT OF THE CHAIR Chair Bright provided an overview of her board related activities over the past month and outlined her expectations for the members. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS Civilian Review Board (CRB) Focus Areas 2021-2022 Framework, Planning A motion was made by Member Brown, seconded by Member McMillian to approve the CRB Focus Areas 2021-2022 Framework, Planning. The motion carried by voice vote.
