ROLL CALL Members present: Kim Bright, Timothy Brown, Rajesh Char, Ginger Ingram, Lily Rocha, Curtis Wilson (6). Members absent: Andrea McMillian (1). OTHERS PRESENT Others present: Lieutenant Bill Rowley, Aurora Police Department; Deb Lang, Assistant Corporation Counsel; Nydia Molina, Assistant Corporation Counsel; Chanel Kassis, Board Secretary. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approval of the Minutes of the Thursday, December 15, 2022, Civilian Review Board Meeting. Vice Chair Char made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Member Brown. The motion carried by roll call vote as follows: Ayes: 5 - Kim Bright, Timothy Brown, Rajesh Char, Ginger Ingram, Curtis Wilson. Nayes: 0. Abstain: 1 - Lily Rocha. PUBLIC COMMENT None. REPORT OF THE CHAIR Chair Bright briefly spoke about the rollout of the IAPro Public Portal. NEW BUSINESS Legal Counsel Feedback - Public Comment Deb Lang presented feedback on CRB Board Member concerns from previous meetings. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Vice Chair Char, seconded by Member Brown to adjourn the Closed Session meeting.
