ROLL CALL Members present: Timothy Brown, Rajesh Char, Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian, Lily Rocha, Curtis Wilson (6). Members absent: Kim Bright, Judy Durham (2). OTHERS PRESENT Others present: Lieutenant Michael Corrigan; Aurora Police Department, Frankie Zepeda; IT Service Desk Engineer, and Nydia Molina; Assistant Corporation Counsel. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0556 Approval of the Minutes of the Thursday, June 15, 2023, Civilian Review Board Meeting. Member Rocha made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Member Ingram. The motion was carried by a roll vote as follows: Ayes: 6 - Timothy Brown, Rajesh Char, Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian, Lily Rocha, Curtis Wilson. Nayes: 0. Abstain: 0. Absent: 2 - Kim Bright, Judy Durham. PUBLIC COMMENT None. REPORT OF THE CHAIR Vice Chair Char presented that Judy Durham, the newly appointed CRB Member, has finished all required training and can officially participate in Board activities and welcomed her to the Board. NEW BUSINESS 23-0557 Civility Pledge Member McMillian made a motion to approve and sign the Civility Pledge, seconded by Member Wilson. The motion was carried by a roll vote as follows: Ayes: 6 - Timothy Brown, Rajesh Char, Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian, Lily Rocha, Curtis Wilson. Nayes: 0. Abstain: 0. Absent: 2 - Kim Bright, Judy Durham. CLOSED SESSION A motion was made by Member McMillian, seconded by Member Rocha to adjourn the Open Session and go into Closed Session. Open Session adjourned at 6:13 p.m. The motion was carried by a roll vote as follows: Ayes: 6 - Timothy Brown, Rajesh Char, Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian, Lily Rocha, Curtis Wilson. Nayes: 0. A motion was made by Member McMillian, seconded by Member Rocha to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by voice vote.
