ROLL CALL Members present: Christopher Bennett, Timothy Brown, Andrea McMillian, Dawn D'Orazio, Curtis Wilson (5). Members absent: Ginger Ingram, Renu Kanakamma (2). OTHERS PRESENT PUBLIC COMMENT None. PRESENTATION / GUEST SPEAKER None. NEW BUSINESS 24-0998 A Discussion of the Civilian Review Board (CRB)'S Objectives and Deliverables for Calendar Year 2025, in Accordance with the City of Aurora Ordinance Governing the Responsibilities of the CRB. Board members discussed training initiatives for future presentations provided by APD and also broke down the general duties for board members that are outlined in the Civilian Review Board ordinance. A motion was made by Member McMillian, seconded by Member D'Orazio to cancel the Thursday, December 19, 2024 meeting. The motion carried by voice vote. ANNOUNCEMENTS Chair Wilson announced that the 18th Annual Aurora Festival of Lights Drive-Thru is being held at Philips Park on Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Member McMillian, seconded by Member D'Orazio to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by voice vote.
