ROLL CALL Members present: Christopher Bennett, Timothy Brown, Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian, Dawn D'Orazio, Curtis Wilson (6). Members absent: Renu Kanakamma (1). OTHERS PRESENT None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0159 Approval of the Minutes of the Thursday, January 16, 2025, Civilian Review Board Meeting. Vice Chair Brown made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Member Ingram. The motion was carried by voice vote. PUBLIC COMMENT None. PRESENTATION / GUEST SPEAKER None. NEW BUSINESS 25-0160 A review of Aurora Police Department policies in accordance with the CRB ordinance for the CRB to provide written recommendations to the department. Member Ingram and Vice Chair Brown read and discussed two policies with the board. Member D'Orazio made a motion to close the discussion on Policy 300, seconded by Vice Chair Brown. The motion was carried by a roll vote as follows: Ayes: 6 - Christopher Bennett, Timothy Brown, Dawn D'Orazio, Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian, Curtis Wilson. Member McMillian made a motion to close the discussion on Policy 312, seconded by Member D'Orazio. The motion was carried by a roll vote as follows: Ayes: 6 - Christopher Bennett, Timothy Brown, Dawn D'Orazio, Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian, Curtis Wilson. Nayes: 0. Absent: 1 - Renu Kanakamma. ANNOUNCEMENTS Vice Chair Brown announced that next month the Association for Individual Development (AID) - Mobile Crisis Response Team will be coming to present at next month's Civilian Review Board meeting. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Member Bennett, seconded by Member D'Orazio to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by voice vote.
