ROLL CALL Members present: Christopher Bennett, Timothy Brown, Renu Kanakamma, Dawn D'Orazio, Curtis Wilson (5). Members absent: Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian (2). OTHERS PRESENT Others present: Kelly O'Neil, Director of Crisis Services / Living Room / CST; Michael Sherrod, Director of Outreach & Re-entry; Alyssa Marrero, Director of Crisis Services. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0211 Approval of the Minutes of the Thursday , February 20, 2025 Civilian Review Board Meeting. Vice Chair Brown made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Member D'Orazio. The motion was carried by voice vote. PUBLIC COMMENT None. PRESENTATION / GUEST SPEAKER 25-0212 Association for Individual Development (AID) - Mobile Crisis Response Team Presentation Kelly O'Neil, Director of Crisis Services / Living Room / CST; Michael Sherrod, Director of Outreach & Re-entry; Alyssa Marrero, Director of Crisis Services gave a presentation and gave board members resource informational handouts. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 25-0160 A review of Aurora Police Department policies in accordance with the CRB ordinance for the CRB to provide written recommendations to the department. Vice Chair Brown read and discussed one policy with the board. The motion was carried by a roll vote as follows: Ayes: 5 - Christopher Bennett, Timothy Brown, Dawn D'Orazio, Renu Kanakamma, Curtis Wilson. Nayes: 0. Absent: 2 - Ginger Ingram, Andrea McMillian. ANNOUNCEMENTS A virtual recording of the Ethics training will be available on SharePoint for board members to view. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Member D'Orazio, seconded by Member Kanakamma to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by voice vote.
