ROLL CALL Members present: Christopher Bennett, Timothy Brown, Ginger Ingram, Dawn D'Orazio, Renu Kanakamma, Curtis Wilson (6). Members absent: Andrea McMillian (1). OTHERS PRESENT Others present: One member of the public. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0531 Approval of the Minutes of the Thursday, April 17, 2025 Civilian Review Board Meeting. Vice Chair Brown made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Member D'Orazio. The motion was carried by voice vote. PUBLIC COMMENT One member of the public was presented and addressed the Civilian Review Board. Adam Pauly was given three minutes to address the board. PRESENTATION / GUEST SPEAKER None. NEW BUSINESS 25-0533 Debrief from Meeting with APD Command Staff - 2025-06-17 Chair Wilson and Vice Chair Brown shared information that was shared between Chief Thomas and Deputy Chief Stemmet during the meeting on June 17, 2025. 25-0532 2025 Civilian Review Board Outreach Events Chair Wilson discussed with the board about possibly establishing a speaker's bureau and forging a template to be used to engage with other organizations and the community. Member D'Orazio mentioned that the Civilian Review Board should consider attending to Ward Meetings that are held throughout the City.
