ROLL CALL Members present: Christopher Bennett, Timothy Brown, Dawn D'Orazio, Ginger Ingram, Renu Kanakamma, Curtis Wilson (6). Members absent: Andrea McMillian (1). OTHERS PRESENT Others present: Sergeant Scott Carter; Aurora Police Department and Investigator Alexandra Martyn; Aurora Police Department. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0828 Approval of the Minutes of the Thursday, September 18, 2025, Civilian Review Board Meeting. Member Bennett made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Member Kanakamma. The motion was carried by voice vote. PUBLIC COMMENT None. PRESENTATION / GUEST SPEAKER 25-0829 APD Presentation - Offender Registration Investigator Martyn along with Sergeant Carter gave a presentation to board members. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 25-0160 A review of Aurora Police Department policies in accordance with the CRB ordinance for the CRB to provide written recommendations to the department. Postponing until the next meeting. ANNOUNCEMENTS None.
