ROLL CALL Members present: Christopher Bennett, Timothy Brown, Dawn D'Orazio, Ginger Ingram, Renu Kanakamma, Andrea McMillian, Curtis Wilson (7). Members absent: (0). OTHERS PRESENT None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0962 Approval of the Minutes of the Thursday, October 16, 2025, Civilian Review Board Meeting. Member Ingram made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Member D'Orazio. The motion was carried by voice vote. PUBLIC COMMENT None. PRESENTATION / GUEST SPEAKER None. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 25-0160 A review of Aurora Police Department policies in accordance with the CRB ordinance for the CRB to provide written recommendations to the department. Vice Chair Brown read and discussed Policy 421 with the board. Vice Chair Brown made a motion to close the discussion on Policy 421, seconded by Member McMillian. The motion was carried by a roll vote as follows: Ayes: 7 - Christopher Bennett, Timothy Brown, Dawn D'Orazio, Ginger Ingram, Renu Kanakamma, Andrea McMillian, Curtis Wilson. Member Ingram read and discussed Policy 302 with the board. Member D'Orazio made a motion to close the discussion on Policy 302, seconded by Member McMillian. ANNOUNCEMENTS Member McMillian announced that she will be resigned as a member of the Civilian Review Board. Member Bennett announced that the Aurora Public Library Foundation is celebrating its 25th Anniversary Winter Gala on December 6th, 2025 at the Meyer Ballroom at the Paramount Theater at 5:30 PM and will include an online auction. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Member McMillian, seconded by Member Ingram to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by voice vote.
