ROLL CALL Members present: Christopher Bennett, Timothy Brown, Dawn D'Orazio, Ginger Ingram, Renu Kanakamma, Curtis Wilson (6). Members absent: (0). OTHERS PRESENT Others present: Eduardo Questell; Director of Brand, Marketing, and Digital Strategy (Communications and Marketing), Iliana Rivera Nunez; Community Engagement Manager (Community Affairs), and one member of the public. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 26-0120 Approval of the Minutes of the Thursday, January 15, 2026, Civilian Review Board Meeting. Vice Chair Brown made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Member Bennett. The motion was carried by voice vote. PUBLIC COMMENT None. PRESENTATION / GUEST SPEAKER 26-0121 Communications & Marketing Presentation Eduardo Questell; Director of Brand, Marketing, and Digital Strategy (Communications and Marketing) explained that his department can provide and assist the CRB with printed materials and branded accessories for events and outreach. 26-0122 Community Engagement Presentation Iliana Rivera Nunez; Community Engagement Manager (Community Affairs) explained that her division can provide and assist the CRB with coordinating partnerships with neighborhood groups. Neighborhood groups are resident-led spaces where neighbors come together to stay informed, share ideas, and take collective action to strengthen their community. ANNOUNCEMENTS City of Aurora Page 1 Civilian Review Board Meeting Minutes - Final February 19, 2026 Vice Chair Brown announced that the Aurora CRB should possibly reach out to other CRBs in the State of Illinois and have a meeting with them to find out how they are doing and possibly create an association with other boards. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Member D'Orazio, seconded by Member Ingram to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried by voice vote.
