This Reports/Studies was discussed and filed ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Chairman O'Connor that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman O'Connors adjourned the meeting at 4:25 pm. The motion carried 2-0.
