Western Ave., Aurora, IL 60506 for the 27-37 South LaSalle Street Sidewalk Vault Closure Project in the amount of $69,205.73. A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 14-00844 A Resolution authorizing The Mayor and City Clerk to execute all of the aforementioned documents for the acquisition of real property known as 333 West Park Avenue, Aurora, IL in the amount of $47,000.00 . A motion was made by Alderman Mervine, seconded by Alderman Bohman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
